New Stamps

Playing around with another one of my new Hero Arts Stamps and my new Hero Arts Neon Inks - Woo Hoo :)



Background Stamp: Hero Arts S5638 stamped with Hero Arts NEON BLUE. I colored in the white space on the flowers with PrismaColor Scholar 439 - Loved the contrast.
