This is a Hero Arts Stamp & Cut Exclusive for Archiver's that I purchased a couple of years ago. I actually stamped it and cut out each section of the tree and then traced it onto various pattern papers to get the effect I wanted.
The sentiment, background paper and presents are from the Simon Says Stamp Card Kit.
